I had a pretty good experience at this hotel! The location is super convenient, with a 7-Eleven just a 2-minute walk away and lots of small restaurants nearby. The room was cozy and had comfy beds, plus the staff were really helpful and friendly. They even provided an umbrella when it rained, which was a nice touch!

I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. I found some dust under the bed and the bathroom wasn’t as spotless as it should be. the breakfast area could use a good cleaning, and the coffee was really weak. it was decent value, but a little more attention to detail would go a long way!

Expensive, unclean, noisy & unpleasant

the staff was amiable, and the restaurant was excellent. the highlight was a buffet breakfast in the café. not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. this was a nice stay, excellent prices.

We loved our stay here! The hotel had great facilities including free parking, sauna, swimming pool and steam sauna. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service during our entire stay. The buffet breakfast was also really good, with lots of options and fresh fruits.

This place was a great spot to explore around, I really enjoyed my stay, the bed was comfortable and so were the pillows, and had breakfast for 280 TWD per person every day.

Staff were very helpful and there is a good breakfast buffet selection.

There are good leisure facilities at the hotel but beware! If you book the hotel because it has a sauna you could be disappointed. They are closed for a whole month in peak season (mid July - mid August) for maintenance!

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. the location was perfect as it was close to all the main attractions here. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. They even prepared a baby bath for us without us having to ask. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities for kids, including an indoor play area that was clean and well-maintained. My boys had a blast there for three hours straight! Lastly, the service at this hotel was top-notch, with professional and attentive staff who made our stay truly enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good downtown location, quite comfortable room

The hotel offers spacious rooms with modern amenities and comfortable beds. There is a well-stocked breakfast buffet with both Asian and Western options. the location is perfect for exploring the area, as there are many restaurants and shops nearby.

The gym and pool have limited hours, which can be disappointing who want to use these facilities early in the morning or late at night. the decor and furnishings of the rooms are a bit outdated and could use some refurbishment.

Our room was clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities such as a mini hifi and LCD TV. We were awakened each morning to western, Chinese, and Japanese breakfast options. the gym and swimming pool facilities were neat and well-maintained.

The hotel's carpeted floors did not appear to be vacuumed often, leading to allegeric reaction.

Great location near the downtown area with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms were spacious with good air conditioning. The bathroom was the best part of the room.

The hotel is in serious need of an update. The furniture and fittings were old fashioned and the overall appearance was tired.

I was impressed with the prompt response from staff when a cleanliness issue arose. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom and quality toiletries.
